TORTILLAS CHIPS
RINSE AND GRILL THE PORK TENDERLOIN TO YOUR LIKING
WHEN COOLED SLICE THIN.
ARRANGE SALAD IN BOWLS STARTING WITH THE GREENS.
DIVIDE THE REST OF INGREDIENTS IN EQUAL PARTS TOP WITH PORK AND DRESSING
PAPAYA SEED DRESSING
½ CUP DRIED PAPAYA SEEDS
1 CUP LIME JUICE
¼ CUP ORANGE JUICE
2 CUPS OLIVE OIL
¼ CUP CHOPPED CILANTRO
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
